Does anyone know if there is a dedicated board cover for the naish mana10' ?
Found this link but am unsure http://www.sunshinecoastsupcentre.com.au/shop/sup-board-bags/naish-mana-board-bag-detail

I would like a good fitting bag with quality build. Customs probably the go but if there is an off the shelf option that would be easier.

Cheers in advance

The local shops here in Melb should have them.. I think they're about $160.

Cheers david!!

im new to the sup world and our local surf shops think I'm an alien when I ask a question about boards or equipment.

Glad I found this site!!

can you answer me one more question?

When I purchased my board, they threw in an adjustable trident ultra carbon paddle. I don't really have any xperience with paddles and find this one ok but was wondering if there was another paddle I should look at getting? I realise that there are a myriad of options/$$ out there!! I am mainly in the surf but also in the barwon river when it's onshore.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi David,

Good to see that you have a great board!

Naish do a fantastic bag called the Naish 10'0'" wide style bag. It is blue on the top and white on the bottom...this fits the Mana perfectly and comes in at a great price or the one which you have linked also will work great at as a thicker, more padded bag, also at a bit more of a cost.

As far as paddles go, the Naish Makani Vario is one of the best value for money paddles out. At 75% carbon with a kevlar wound shaft it is the one paddle that does everything really well and the ABS rail is a great addition on this one.

If you have any questions feel free to give us a call. (07) 5309 6624

No.. It's a new type.. I have one.. it's white one side and light blue on the other.. They're not expensive and any Naish dealer can get them.

I had one of these to begin with for my new Nalu 10'6. Whilst they fit the bill for cheap and cheerful, I felt like the thin material would end up getting torn by the outside fins after a little while, since it was quite a tight fit with the fins in. Just felt a bit on the ****e side. For a $100 dust cover in the garage, not so bad maybe. (I love the board though.)

Ended up swapping for one of the Balins - www.supgearaustralia.com/shop/index.php?product=05-2TS

Bit dearer at $189 retail, but proper padding, expandable zipper for the fin section if you've got longish outer fins, velcro slit for middle fin, three x handles plus over-the-shoulder strap, some pockets for your wax and lipstick, etc.

If you're mounting it on the roof, I'd go one of these. Or you can wait six months and ask me if I've broken it yet...

Really, you guys filter words like "sh!te"?

Hey, don't get me wrong, nothing worse than the bottom-of-the-gene-pool xenophobic scumbags posting their no-grammar filth on most other surf forums, but "sh!te'"? I guess I'll have to find some new curse words suitable for this forum of polite ladies and gentlemen.
