After posting some footage to the “Toes on the Nose” thread of Tim (owner of The Surfboard Warehouse) nose riding his latest creation, we got smashed with questions about this board.
We decided to post the extended version of this vid of Tim surfing Cabarita and Kirra on his 10’ x 29” x 4 (128 Litres) Atlantis Runway.
Proof is in the pudding that this board is not only one of the best noseriders on the market but is also a highly responsive & manoeuvrable.

That's a good looking piece of kit. Certainly can run 5 over. Trying to get 10 over tended to lift the tale section out of the back of the wave. Do you have a longer version? Say 10'6".

I just received delivery of the "Runway".
I have only have only had one surf on it in on-shore1 to 2 foot waves but was really impressed.
I changed the large standard centre fin with a 7.25" Futures Cutaway fin and this has made the board really loose.
Although I didn't get 'toes over' due to the incredibly average conditions the board was really stable on the nose.
the Runway is a relatively heavy board but the weight seems to enhance its performance in choppy surf. Pretty
stoked so far.

Kami, yeah they have the grip already fitted the full length. I was looking at one in store a couple of weeks ago and they look real good. I've never been a nose rider as I still try to kid myself of reliving my short board days of my youth, but after watching Tims' vids riding them I reckon it'd be a great board for the quiver for the slower fuller days to have some fun. Be great for the kids to with the full length grip!!!

G'day Kami
As yt04 said it has a full length deck grip. I just got back from another surf and it just reinforced the fact that I really like this board. Like all new boards it's going to take a while to understand its nuances and get it dialled in properly but it feels like it is going to be great!

Yeah Sandsy I fixed the tail lift up by running an 8 inch Atlantis rudder fin in the Runway when the waves had more face to play with. I also shift the cutaway back a bit. Combination of that and me being too lazy to do a bottom turn to slow things up. I have surfed the 9'6 but because I'm 6'2 and 92kg (coming into the festive season) I opted for the 10 footer. I am also planning on entering a few comps this year in the 10 foot plus category so keen to switch between the 10' Atlantis Runway and my 7'2 Bam Bam. We are working on custom fins for all our boards at the moment which is also pretty exciting.

Fair go unit, it would be fun but I'm seriously broke now after my last impulse buy. Hang on, you are 5 pay grades ahead of me! You buy one and I'll show you how to ride
