I've had 9'3 C4 iSUP for a couple of years or more now. It's used by family, friends & for teaching SUP to newbies on flat water. The manual pump it came with is a punish for me to get the board's pressure up to 15psi... & very slow. Do any of you have advice on an electric pump that is decent, and will fit the iSUP's inflation valve?

Crikeys! I'm trying to find one myself! I have an 'Island' Deluxe electric pump which will pump any iSUP (has plenty of attachments to suit all types of boards) very quickly to 11.5psi (3 minutes). If you need more air then that then it's back to the hand pump. The Island electric pump costs $299 and Bravo sell something similar for around the same price. The 'Island' brand is a Sydney based company and their products are sold through 'Boats to Go'. I have heard of someone inflating their board to 25 psi (!!) using an air compressor, but have not been able to find out more. But I'm not giving up. All the Auto places stock 12v electric pumps that can pump tyres to 120psi or more and they also have attachments to inflate 'sports' equipment. I'm thinking that there must be one of these pumps you can use to inflate an SUP.

Thanks Micky, I'm following your other thread & look forward to a solution to the need for quicker, high pressure inflation. Better still if the compressor is easy to travel with. I'd use my iSUP more if that solution was found. An iSUP on a trip is better than no SUP at all.

Not having much luck. There is an electric pump available from Sea Eagle (BTP Mano Electric Pump) that gets your board up to 14.5psi. I think we are going to have to wait a while (maybe 6-12months or more) for someone to come up with an electric pump specifically suited to inflatable paddle boards. At the moment, the electric pumps available are aimed at inflatable boats, which only need about 6psi or less.
