Please excuse my ignorance, but I am very unfamiliar with the sport of SUP boarding.

I am looking to get a SUP for my wife, but am in need of a recommendation regarding board and paddle. She is approx. 50kg and 165cm tall. Mainly will be used for flat water cruising, though she may wish to try some light surf also. Also don't want a board that will be too heavy for her to move around out of the water by herself.

On the other side of the equation, I am approx. 100kg and 187cm tall - so a board that I might be able to use also would be handy, though not essential (might look at a larger second hand board for myself).

Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
