Hey Tommie,

I agree with DJ, the X26 is awesome. Technically the Jav GX "could" be a faster flat water board, but once you start getting cross chop, other board wake and open ocean conditions, the X26 is definitely the go. They are super light also!

after 3 months on the 12.6gx, I changed it for a x26...what a difference!! much lighter and faster!!!
I doubt if the gx would be faster than a x26 on flat water...
ok, the gx is more forgiven (balance) but man, what a race machine!!! :)
