Hello Seabreezer's,
I have written a review of the Flying Objects Travel Cover SUP Race and in future months will be reviewing SUP accessories and soft goods via my blog
www.thesupingcaveman.blogspot.com.au and SUPWorld magazine.
I am not a journalist, I am in fact a soldier in the Australian Army and an average everyday punter who has fallen head over heals in love with everything SUP. My intent is to provide to readers an independent, unbiased review of these items. I will produce a review per month focusing on different accessories or soft goods. The reviews have a rating system that is individual to the type of equipment. Hydration packs will review against different criteria to shoes or a paddle bag for example.
I will use/trial these items for a period up to a month and then provide a detailed review of the item, how it performed, pro/cons the usual review stuff. Due to the conditions in Canberra the reviews will be seasonal so don't expect reviews of short sleeve paddle tops during winter or beanies in summer.
I hope that you will drop by have a read and by all means write some feedback either on the blog or directly to me via email
[email protected] . If you have requests for different items to be reviewed please let me know and I will add it to the list.
Big thank you to Pieter and Sandra Plooy for giving me this opportunity, to Pete Cox for your help and guidance and to Scott Hunter of Wetspot Water Sports for space to photograph your wares.
