That wave count feature could be cool. The Sunnto Ambit has a Wave Count app but it is useless as it can't figure out what a wave is versus just moving around on a SUP. How does the Rip Curl watch determine a wave if you are SUP surfing and paddling around and moving more than prone surfers?
I race SUPs, surf SUPs, windsurf, snowboard and go running…so wanted a GPS watch to cover all sports and incorporate all the heart rate functionality and data.
