But remember any board will heat up if left to bake in the sun.
I try to avoid leaving in the sun when possible but if it can't be avoided, best to undo part of the zip (unless it's on car and you're driving somewhere) to allow air to circulate around the board inside the cover and if you're leaving it in the sun for extended periods of time then remove the breather plug as well to stop air pressure inside the board from increasing too much.
