Here's a heads up.

The March 08 issue of BOARDS..(windsurfing mag) has a free mag with it.

It's the first SUP mag.

Just something to watch out for.

No..I have not seen it yet...It's not a common mag here..I see it every now and then...It will be a sup-plement mag..sorry about the pun..

We probably will not get it for a while yet..unless you can find a newsagent that sells airmail UK mags.

Maybe next month in most Newsagents that sell it..I'll let you know if I spot it.

It would be nice to get the first one...I think it will be ongoing..and maybe split from the windsurfing mag and become big enough to stand alone..

Got the mag finally today after the newsagent had been telling me "it should be here next week" for the last 4 weeks.

It looks great, most of the front half seem's to be an intro to SUP but thats what i suspected with the first issue. I haven't read it all but so far so good.

It's cool to finally see a mag fully dedicated to SUP and have some pic's that i can drool over on those long night shifts; even though the page quality could be a little better but i'm sure that will come as the mag get's more popular.

If anyone buy's it, it would be interesting to read your thoughts.

cheers

Thanks DJ for the heads up.
I picked up the mag today. Have only skimmed through so far, but it's great to have a mag especially for SUP. Now we need an Aussie version, with local SUP locations for each state.

Yea!!...I just got mine also...It's pretty good IMO...Even better than I expected...

Now when I want to explain to friends what SUP is all about I don't need to say anything...Just shove the mag in their face.

I'm also looking forward to checking out the JP dvd that also comes with the mag/mags.
