Just got a SUP for the family and have been given an adjustable paddle off a mate. Quick question... how is the best way to size it for family members? How long should it be?

Cheers..

Being an adjustable paddle you should probably start at about 8 inches over your head and then if necessary adjust a tad for comfort. There are so many variables but 8inches is a really good place to start.
