You have a few adjustable paddles to choose from... I think Starboard have one.. also C4, Werner and Kialoa have a cheap adjustable paddle coming soon.

I think the best way to check for correct length is to flip the paddle upside down and with the handle on the ground the point where the blade meets the shaft should be about eye level....IMO...
