Actually thats probably the first thing you have said that I agree with = so upon reflection I think that everyone living north of burleigh should go to the alley and everyone south of burleigh head straight to greenmount - TEATREE YOU ARE A GENIUS - LOVE YOUR WORK.

Hows the crowd , they get more than a NRL game

Yep u r not wrong. I turned on the camera for a quick look at Snapper and just about fainted. Glad you got some waves but those crowds are mad. I lose interest when there are more than 10 to 15 in the water these days. How many injuries happen out there when its like that?

Did the dawn raid at the alley this morning , first out in the dark .The sweep was really really strong which helped keep the migrating masses spread out. Heaps of stands ups just as many clubbies on mals and heaps of shorties. Good 3 to 4 foot waves but the paddle back was hell and only getting worse with the falling tide.

Board handled the cross chop really well , but had a few weird moments on the waves , the board can be ridden from the centre but you really do need to get back for total control. If the swell holds out there again in the morning with a Quad set in.

I snapped my quick blade today clean in half and lost the lower half , it's got a Von Piros sticker on it , if it washes up somewhere can you drop off to Jacko's shop please....

No smoke this morning, but some steam......coming off my Poo style. I really stank the joint up this morning. On another note I patrolled the area and looks like most have listened to the authority that is seabreeze, having leg ropes on.....all but 1 by my counts, and you know who you are Mr Naish rider. All I have to say to you is "GET A LEGGIE ON IT, YOUR OUT OF CONTROL!!!!!"

Yeah... no where as good as yesterday and alot smaller but some decent occasional bombs to ride that still put a smile on the dial.

Got some nice rides on the 8'6 Magic Carpet between whale watching and wondering what the poo smell was

Gotta love no Northerlies

Just been out and demo'd the 9'0 magic carpet - what an awesome board and great waves to demo in. Absolutely perfect board for my 100kgs!!

Don't be too harsh on the naish rider - I was paddling next to him trying to get out the way of a wide wave - he snapped his leggie and I found out later when he finally swam in his board was minus a fin as well.

Nah mate, you were going pretty good, board looks great. I actually had one of my worst surfs ever. Poor wave selection and general kookiness killed it for me. I think I can still smell the stench.....

Better make that two, I think it was a Walk on Water board sans leggie.

I too had a shocker this morning, for some reason my board got a whole lot less stable.

Ah, that would be the one paddling out as I got back to the car park - I know who you are talking about now.

Poor other Naish guy - looks like his leggie tore off one of his fins then broke. Took a little chunk out of the board when the fin was torn out.

Almost makes me feel bad for having a great surf....... almost
