Recently bought an ATX sup its the bamboo version SRPR model. The bamboo is starting to change colour and go streaky on one half of the bottom and several areas on top. Is this normal or is there an issue, anybody seen this before.

I don't know **** from clay but it looks like a leak to me. That almost looks like a mould stain running down that side. Having said that I could be completely wrong and it is nothing but the natural ageing of the bamboo

Have to agree with the above comment that it looks like mould. If moisture is seeping into your board it will only get worse as the board needs time to dry out and the mould treated, which is easier said than done. You may be best to return your board to the retailer, as they along with the manufacturer may not be aware of the problem.

It is always difficult to assess from photos as they rarely tell the full story. As with all warranty queries it is best to take it back to your retailer so they can assess it professionally.

Thanks for the comments have taken it back to retailer they are contacting ATX to see if they have seen this before. Looks like the board is a right off as they said the glass is also de laminating as well.
Time for it to be replaced hopefully won't happen again.
