Hey thats the idea i had when i wasted $400 bucks on an old ski and tried to install outriggers on it!I did actually stand up on it and it was quite stable , but it looked ridiculous , so sold it and bought the DC17!But i believe you could go way thinner and sharper with a flat water sup if it had a try hull only where you are standing!I know im just rambling as i really dont have a clue about hull design.
.. Interesting paddle shape also.
