Being a bit landlocked and with a wife who has just had surgery on her lower spine, paddling has taken a back seat. But, last Saturday Jane announced the need to walk on a beach and so the boys and I needed no more encouragement - off to North Wales we went.
Her photography has not improved much.
She managed to get one of us on our paddle from Llandudno to Deganwy - only a 3 mile round trip but plenty for the boys who were 2 up and sometimes one was with me on the SB.
After careful study of this, the best pic of the bunch, the dots on the estuary are us not seabirds!
It was probably the last warm day of Autumn and a glorious day, here's a couple of pics. Now its time to get the semi-drysuit out for winter - bbbrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

A beautiful end to a brilliant day.

Hey Roger,

Must be great to get back on the water.

Best wishes to your wife for a speedy recovery,I have been through spinal surgery myself and its not much fun.

When you get time can you take a few local pics for us and show us a little bit of Wales?

Phill

Thanks for the good wishes.
Long road to recovery, but she's a tough Yorkshire lass.
She will, however, be removed from camera duty as soon as I get the GoPro (Christmans pleeeeeease)!
