This Wednesday here in Melbourne we expect really good down-winding conditions.

10am start from St Kilda for those interested... and finish at Sandy Marina before midday.

It's been a while since we've had a good hot Northerly..

25 knots and 39 deg.. Nice..

Winds: North to northeasterly 10 to 15 knots tending northwesterly 15 to 25
knots during the late morning ahead of a southwesterly change of similar
strength later in the evening. Seas: 0.5 to 1 metres increasing to 1 to 1.5
metres during the morning.

It's still on for tomorrow for those interested and it's still looking good.

We have about 5-6 of us so doing it so far.

Looks like we may have someone else doing the down-winder today. 4m Great White...




This guy was photographed yesterday at Altona, at Great White cruising speed about 5 minutes away from where we start - hang on they said he's hungry, make that 3 minutes [}:)]

That photos wasn't taken through the Naish Window board by any chance?

Just did a circuit of the StKilda breakwater this morning and didn't get eaten so you guys should be okay. Have a great time.
