Prick it with a pin and try and squeeze all the pus out..
.. Just kidding but there's no easy fix.
I'd get a blade and cut a big cross.. Peal back the four pieces are far as you can.. Coat board and grip with contact cement.. Wait for it to dry and then carefully push it back into place.
That's how I'd do it.
