Disappointed :-(
After recommendations from this forum, we contacted Jankie and arranged a 2 hour lesson for 0830 today.
Jankie no show! Shop say they are not associated with the Sup school directly, and they were unable to get anyone on the phone, also Jankie has gone out at 0730.
Had paid a deposit, which should be easy enough to get back via PayPal.
My 13 yr old daughter is very upset and I'm really angry, especially as we had a 45 min taxi ride to get to Sanur.
Anyone have any experience with the ripcurl school in Sanur, or anyone else in the locale?

Of course I offer a full refund or I like to offer to you to come another day and lesson will be free of charge.

FYI and everyone.. Since Wave Hunter close down I have been overwhelm by requests and calls etc..

I?m a one man operation and with so many people now contacting me I did not remember that I have another booking this morning!!
Unfortunately I was already in the water with some other people. That is why we couldn't pick up the phone!

Again I?m really sorry but I?m just human and I do make mistake!!!
