I put the GoPro on my helmet, pressed play and took off for near on 2 hours.

Managed to edit it down to about 20 minutes and maybe could've culled more but I was happy to keep it as is for a memory of a great lunchtime paddle in Port Hacking.

Sure is hard to keep that big nose on the 14 foot Surftech Coastrunner out though !

Nice clean water...you need to get back on those big boards ,even in small stuff , put a tail kick pad behind your deck grip.

Nice work mate. Good to see some home turf again from you. Camping at Bonnie Vale over the school holidays, so might well see you out there. Love the board aalso.

Thanks guys. What a beautiful part of the world huh ?

I deleted the original video and re-jigged it, with an edit and some sweet tunes.

Hope it stokes a few !

Was that you in the pink helmet returning as I was going out...

By the time I got over there everyone had bolted, a couple of fun little ones on the right in the middle of the bay that ran for a fair way until 2 idiots came out on jet skis and started hooning it up hitting at least 60 kmh and acting like complete morons menacing the kayakers and just going too fast...

Thankfully they fell off quite close to me and I memorised their rego on one of the skis and reported it to the Coast Guard who I saw on the paddle back, hopefully they got it to the Waterways people in time to give them a bit of stick about their lunacy and hopefully booked them

It looks like it will be good in there on the weekend so might see you all out there then

Hey mate, yeah that was me, I saw you coming over from the other side and I'm glad you saw my 'pink' helmet from that distance cause I got it to be highly visible paddling through and around the boating channels as they seemingly are not too interested in avoiding us !

Some friends and I decided visibility was important in the river so I either have my pink helmet on or if just wearing a cap, have a bright yellow rashie and either way I'm a lot more comfortable knowing I'm visible - a few of us almost got run down at Grays Point and that was the deciding factor.

Well, if Waterways want some footage of those guys I have some as they were buzzing around me on the way back and really being pricks....just not worthy of being on the video of course.

Thanks bro, look forward to catching up.
