My stats:
165cms / 83 Kgs / 37yrs fit
Go out for a surf round 4 times per week and twice a week for a recreational train paddle
Looking for a good paddle for surf. WAnt something light and with a high cadence.
Considering the werner nitro, starboard enduro 550, quikblade kanaha abstract.
Currently using a boardworks 3 piece paddle (3yrs old) and finding it pretty heavy
Thanks for the help in advance

Iggy, I'm with DJ in that the Kialoa Methane def has the best rep for high performance surfing if you want a high cadence and are generally surfing 9'6 and under.
The Quickblade 8" SlimJim is a great all round paddle that offers high cadence for surfing smaller boards but will also pull a longer board along very nicely. It is a very popular paddle down here in Aus. The QB Kanaha 90 also works well but has a deeper base which is not as popular in the waves.
