I took a few pics on todays down-winder.

We started with Haro and I comparing our 14' Glide mod's for tieing stuff on the deck of our boards (getting ready for out next mega-downwinder).

Haro had leach plugs and I had the new stick on Ez-plugs.

Jonathan had his Starboard Point.. Warick had his 11'2" Starboard.. Sergio had his 12'6" Starboard and Haro and I had our 14' Naish Glides.

Soon after we got started Warick had a go of Haro's 14'er to find out why he's so fast.

Jonathan cruised past me on his Starboard Point.

Next it was time for Warick to try the Point.. btw he loved it.

We headed off to Green Point where we would re group.

We stopped at Green Point before heading off the Sandy yatch club. (seen in the distance in the last pic).

The wind was a bit up and down and so were the waves.. All good fun though.. .. I can't wait for the next one.

Heaps.. Heaps.. HEAPS!!!.. .. This board is in a class of its own right now.

It catches runners that the 12'er would not.. Stays on them much longer.. and is so fast you can sometimes ride over the wave in front and onto the runner ahead.

I know when does the madness stop I just got my Starboard Pin and now want a 14 foot board (hmmmm Bark, Penetrator, Dale Chapman, Naish, Lahui Kai or Starboard) and a 9 foot board.

I suppose I have to stop somewhere probably just before bankruptcy.
