hey Chicken, I would head off to RPS myself and look for a sailboard bag (I found that with the widepoints they are closer to sailboard dimensions). I am just selling a 9-5 and my 8-10 has just arrived cant wait to try out the new carbon version.

hey Greg
Yeah thanks I will give them a call to see what they have. I am stepping off a C4 sub vector the 9'3" and on to the widepoint can't believe how much more stable it is, had a couple of surfs on the widepoint a small reef break and a bigger and suckier beachie and it well. Hope your new carbon goes great, I am sure it will.

I've been using a balin board bag for my 8'10" SB carbon and its great with more handles than you can poke as stick at plus durability. It also has air vents to help prevent the board overheating whilst on the roof etc. It's a size 8'6 bag but fits the 8'10" perfectly being 32" wide

Surf Aids in Byron Bay will also do a custom bag -able to send dimensions over the net.Very reasonably priced as well.I have had 2 bags made recently and very happy with the results .Main benefit is the snug fit which stops the flapping on the roof etc

I got a custom travel board bag off Surf Aids,
only took them a week and a decent price compared with what I could find off the rack...great fit 100% happy.
