Bring back winter so 75% of the early morning surfers stay wrapped up in bed. Went out early the other morning at Red Bus. Waited in the dark for a tinge of light. Paddled out & half an hour later there was Towball on schedule. But 30 minutes later the place was chocka.
Moved along a bit after someone came flying off the top of a wave & nearly landed on me .
Yes almost uncannily like the Rusty ads
I mean to say.....yep & i did say it....."bring back winter".

Well there you are....maybe your waves are more crowded because your water is toasty warm even in the winter ???

well its touching 42 here today and unbearable. It would be fair to say that a few people would be keen on some winter temps about now! Southerly due tom which should cool things down. I am off to Welly for a week of work Monday so hoping it will be cooler there. Also hoping for some Wairarapa action as well!!
