If some one in a factory somewhere in the world assembles
Blade to Shaft to T Handle

and Starboard let's you buy replacement shafts and blades,

then,

Why can't the other manufacturers let us buy blades or shafts when we need them?

I know, the $ reigns but it could make some happier customers out there!

Ke Nalu sells every part, so it is an easy repair..... they are assembled with "Hot Glue".... simply aim a hair drier at the joint for a few minutes, twist out the broken bit an slide the new part in.... done.

Hi Guys,

QuickBlade also do. We stock shafts and handles and can repair broken paddles.

the downside of hot glue is it softening when you don't want it to , like in your car on a hot day ...

been using Ke Nalu paddles since the very first batch came to OZ about 3 years ago. This has never actually happened to one of my paddles, and they pretty much live in my car. I've also reassembled another brand of paddle with hot glue after a repair and it hasn't happened to that one, either.
