Hi All...

Byron Bay Ocean Paddler has got some great (SUP) races organised for there weekend of paddling on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th of July!

This event is getting bigger every year and this year will be no different...paddling in one of the best locations on the east coast.

Looks like it could be a good event.
Just a pity its on at the same time as the Maliko race in Hawaii.

I spoke with the guy organising it the other day and from what I understood, for the SUP category, saturday the course would be 6km from the wreck to the cape and back and not the 12km announced for the surfskis.
I'll try to talk to them this week end to have some confirmation
The downwind on sunday is the same for everybody

Al i will have to correct my error and yes the Saturday is a 6km race not 12km as written.

The 12km race is for the surf skis and there is no actual SUP 12km race sorry only 6km,
