Is there an easy way to carry the board when its windy?

I usually carry my board with the handle but when its windy this can be hard work...

Sometimes I find dragging the board along the shallows easier. Any tips?

You could get a strap but the best advice is just hang on to it or leave it at home.

when it's windy , don't sup, windsurf , best of both worlds

I have fitted deck plugs that allow me to mount my paddle to my board and that lets me have to hands on the board.

One hand in the hand hole and one hand on the rail to stop the wind catching it and it gives much more control in the wind gusts.
