This was a TOP training session, we all paid for it the next day sitting down for 14 hours hahahaha.

The QB family are awesome and this training set up is epic!!

Oh and there are no "drugs" involved hahaha, well maybe jacko's voice is a bit suss LOL

If your not afraid of a hard workout i highly recommend you drop into the QB headquaters and book yourself a session with Jimmy in the Flume, so good!!
