Hi, has anyone been to this event before? I thought last year they had a SUP division. But I can't seem to find anything this year. I'll be over there for that weekend and would love to compete (or even just cruise along in a good downwinder) if anyone else is there and keen?

They have canned the SUP's from the event.
But I will be cruising around on one....

Thanks for the reply Pete. Do you know why they have stopped the SUP div? I would like to join you for a paddle if that's cool, will you be taking a board over or do they have a few decent boards on the island? Not sure if it's worth trying to cart over my 12'6 from SA. Also do you know if there will be any other stand up paddlers going over?
