Coastal Watch has Recognised SUP's.....

Just thought it was funny that coastal watch has recommended taking your longboard or your SUP. In the past it was always just "take your malibu".


"Small waves on the open beaches around 1-2ft, wind is light early tending NW, with a forecast SW later. Take the longboard or SUP."

Our local Sydney site 'Realsurf' is the same, they even take pics of SUPs!

Ronnie,it's a shame they don't keep their forecast up todate Today at 2.45 pm they still have Wednesdays forecast, and ,that didnt go up until late Thursday morning. Hows a GIRL going to know where to go.

Yeah, Rodririguez I know what you mean...I usually just start there and see what the "max energy". The local forecast doesnt usually mean much to me. I am pretty happy my local break has a camera now though!
