We here at SunshineCoast Sailboards/KiteAction are hosting a SUP come and try day.

Its on Sat 8th Dec(this weekend) down at Golden Beach in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast from 9am onwards.

Please all feel free to come allong and bring you Family.

'Chris de Aboitiz' One of the guy's who started it all here in OZ will be there to share all his knowledge on SUP.

We are offering free lessons and equipment advise on the day!

*Saftey
*equipment advise
*Paddle length
*basic paddle stroke
*basic paddle turn
*parrrallel stance
*proper stroke
*front side and back side turns
*How to step back on the tail and turn


There will be a range of boards and paddles for all to try.

If we have any fast learners who would like to try out their new skills in the waves we can do so later in the morning around at Happy Valley (Weather permitting
