Hi all picked up the Coreban 11'6" Woody ( I ordered it a while ago they had to make them lighter thus the delay)
Previously I own and was using my 10' Naish Manna which is a good board, but Ive wanted to get on waves earlier thus going for the bigger Woody 11'6"..
Ive been on the Woody the last three days down at Nannarup Albany WA, from head high waves down to about 1 meter, once dialed in and finding the back foot pad it rips. Cremed some good waves down the line, it picks up waves earlier and of course couple of wipeouts, rides rail to rail great. It does everything the Naish 10' Manna has done and more at times. The coreban deck grip is great no slipping off. I weighed both boards (bathroom scales) the Manna at 13kgs the Woody 11'6" at 16kgs the extra weight seems to stop any bouncing of the longer board. Not only looks great does ride great.
I saw a 9' Coreban Fusion looks great I'll have to give one of those ago! May have to move the Manna on?
