From the latest newsletter - it looks like Coreban have recognised the strength of SUP in Oz.



COREBAN HEADQUARTERS IN AUSTRALIA

Coreban SUP Gear- Est. 2005 with roots in Hawaii and South Africa recently announced the expansion of its headquarters into Australia. "We feel that with the rapid growth of the sport, Australia is a key location for continued growth and success of this Core label" said founder Ivan van Vuuren. "Former Pro athlete, Guy Schroeder and the Australian team will be heading up the Coreban headquarters out of Noosa, which is known around the world for world class events and waves. With the combination of a growing distributor network and increased team riders around the world expect to see Coreban continue to lead the way in design, media and revolutionary SUP gear."

hope the new gear comes in soon been waiting for 3 months for my paddle...timber hard core...should be an amazing paddle.

More than likely the fact that its a lot safer here than in RSA.

We'll have a Nitro demo board and at least one of the 'Pure' boards on the goldy to try by next week. Could be good timing if swell comes up like charts are telling us.

does anyone out there know where in Noosa its going to be??
