Theres a Sup division in the Cottesloe to Swanbourne Ocean Classic this Saturday (4th Feb). Starts at 7.30 and is only 2.2km. Seeing its a short race and close to shore, my wife has declared she is doing it and has spent more time on my new 14 than me. Be good to let the girls battle this one out. Hopefully someone will post more info up about rego etc...

Hey Jenkz, my missus is keen to give it a crack too. She's talking it up big time.( must be what we sound like the week before a race !!) I reckon froggy, Basha, Galvo, Wezzy and Mattys' missus would be starters too!
Keen to hear more race details when you find out.

I'm pretty sure I've git all the details in an email at work so will post tomorrow when I get in. I'm sure with a bit of peer pressure wifey could be convinced.

After last year Luke I'm surprised you want anything to do with this race.....

The Nutri-Grain Ironman/women caught some great footage of the nudist beach along that stretch yesterday in Perth. Which beach is that ?
I wish some of those nudists would keep their gear on. Not a great visual.

Hi Peeps,

Tina said she'd be keen for next year. She has prior commitments with the kids so "no can do" this time around.

Think it is going to be mainly wives/lady friends amongst this crew although there may be others who are entering.

Should be a quick little 2.2km with a 20knts SE at your back.
