Yep, old news but still, we can laugh about it now.

DJ should hopefully stick to taking photographs of his boards from as many angles as he can as a form of enjoyment rather than entertaining such travels.

Much better than a headline reading 'Tragedy at Sea'.

I heard they wrote the story based on all the posts on this forum. That they didn't interview anyone ?? Is that how newspaper's get their info these days for some stories??

Hey guys and gals I'm very sorry that all this has reared its ugly head again.

I'm just glad that throughout this whole article they never mention SUP or Stand Up Paddle.. I'm sure most people reading it would assume it's a kayak'er or something else.

During this whole media ordeal I continually refused to comment and asked that they not proceed with running this story.. They also wanted to take pictures of me with my board.

Maybe I could have handled the media better than I did. There are so many errors in that article and IMO it's poorly written.. Let's hope that's the end of it all now.

I'm surprised they didn't take the photos off the forum DJ?..... As they didn't seem to care about taking people's comments for there newspaper!
