Some VERY compassionate editing there DJ...and you'd think in all that water there'd be a chance of not running into a cameraman (it was my first proper runner ever, the DC had just launched itself, the wind was roaring in my ears and steering was the last thing on my mind )

Thanks mate for your patience and instruction yesterday, a steep learning curve ahead but definitely hungry for more.

Well done Stu on completing your maiden Dw'er

I'm sure the DC will come into it's own in the future.

Good to see Cpt Grumpy come out of the woodwork. I was thinking that entering into the foray of parenthood may have kept him off the water for months!

Heh Dj, there may have to be an exclusion zone around the Stu, , at about 1.50m into the vid, I had a pretty good laugh..... sorry

Nice work Stu, looking good. Regarding the collision, I bet that's the first time anyone deposited yellow paint on DJ's board.

Note again, VERY compassionate editing...

Nice one Stu! When I saw you guys as I was on my way to a meeting, I was so tempted to blow off the gig and get the board off my car and join you.

And DJ is still talking to you?

Maybe you owe him a magic eraser sponge!

I've been on maybe 10 DWers now and only just starting to not be terrified and enjoying it. Look forward to heading out (about 200m away from) with you. :)

To be fair on Stu that little collision wasn't all his fault.. I put myself in the firing line and we all know that these boards are like magnets when they get close to each other.. .. There was no damage or harm done.. All good and great fun.. Every time I watch it I laugh..
