I know the Dogman is a additament deck waxer has anyone gone back to wax over the deck grips ?

With the wax you always have great grip but it does wear out on a long session plus it gets all over your paddle and not mention when you stack boards. But deck grips can loose the traction over time.

tryed wax hated it...ok for the first half hour then slippy as hell!! i found you had to add heaps of wax then kinda adding to much weight...
I am a shortboarder who only ever used wax also didnt even use a tail pad hated them but now i wouldnt ride a sup without deck grip,,,though i do wax my deck grip sometimes

Yeah I tried wax on my new sup, after 2 surf's I put grip on the board, if the grip gets slippery I give it a good rub down with gritty wet sand.
