Paul has ordered a 2016 Starboard Allstar.. The 14x28" downwind version.. and in the full carbon.
Ooh, that's the one I'd get. Might look out for a demo. Is the 27" wide one a different shape (other than the width, obviously)?
When he gets it, please get some footage of him on it, even if brand loyalty means you only use the edits where you are passing him or he's behind you ;)
Mind you, it looks like I might be able to demo the Jav Maliko before long, so I'm looking forward to that also. Then there are the new JLs and SICs. 2016 is going to be a great year for boards if you are into downwinding, especially if you don't weigh much and/or downwind in inland waters.
.. Use it anyway.. At least you know the fun police at vimeo will allow it..
