If it's true I'm very surprised.. and it's a shame for Starboard to loose him.

It seems that he's now signed with a company called Ark Paddle Boards.

Probably shareholder issues - it happens all the time at my work. Shareholders want one thing and I want to leave at 5:30pm. There would be less shareholders at ark
