This mornings report is small surf again....half a meter on the open beaches with a northerly wind.

Its at least 3 times that with a north west wind....good one guys....

Keeps the crowds down

Wave buoy has 1.8 signficant, to 3.0 meters peak

I'll be checking out the east coast..

.. I wonder how big Gunnamatta is? ..

Guessing 6ft plus at Gunna on the sets.

A mate should be in the water as I type, I'll get a report when he's out of the water.

Only 2' at Flinders and too small for Westernport according to the Swellnet Westernport reporter. lol

The reporter should be driving around Westernport with a loudspeaker telling them all to get out cause it's too small

A shot of Bells at 8am
Another surf report from Ben at Swellnet at 11am....."not much on offer today at Torquay clean off shore half meter waves...keep an eye on it it may pick up this arvo..nice try Ben"

(Any hard core surfer knows better than to listen to a surf report....25+ guys out at dawn.)

Spoke to my mate and yep is was too big for open beaches. 6ft+ with the occassional bomb coming through.

Looking at those shots of bells the beaches must be big.
