I am looking forward to the day I am able to do this with my daughter. My plan to strap her on in a baby bjorn and go for a paddle on the river got shut down pretty quickly by the wife. My argument was that it is in the river so it isn't as dangerous as surfing, so the only problem would be trying to get a 1yr old to stay still while strapped to you.
