Sometimes Chrispy, common sense involves arming yourself with the correct information before you speak to retailers and/or suppliers.
Then you greatly increase the odds of having things go in your favour if you're well informed.
Fortunately the Fanatic team and the guys at Kite and SUP were straight up and I'm paddling again.
I can't rate them high enough!
