The other day I made a new camera mount that I can use on the nose of my board..

It's lighter, has skinnier legs, sits the camera a bit higher and has soft rubber feet on the legs.. It seemed to work very well.

Great vid DW. Can you throw in a still image of your mount?

Such a great angle with sun behind you... Going to have to give that a go next time. Another great example of how easy and relaxed you make it look. Did I miss out on much on Sundays paddle ?

Cheers

Nice one DJ. Always enjoy them.
Looks like the guy on the Starby tried to copy your old duct tape mount.
Thanks

I really loved this vid, great sense of surfing speed, esp pulling 'The Cross' stance, then later nearly setting up for a bottom turn with the inside rear rail carving in.
Having the other SUPers, the V10, and the passing yachts added interesting elements.

Nice finish and friendly reception committee at the boat ramp...

What was the soundtrack? It reminded me of an old Melbourne band INXS..

Thanks.. ..You can see there was hardly a whitecap to be seen looking back into the wind so you can see DW'ers are possable in light winds [10-15 knots] .. I'm looking forward to using this angle on a strong day.. btw we have 30 knots forcast for this Friday..

The song is the second last track from the new [not yet released] Stereophonics cd called Graffiti on the train.

www.amazon.com/Graffiti-Train-Stereophonics/dp/B00AJF87QU/ref=sr_1_1?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1375138063&sr=1-1&keywords=stereophonics

I might use the title track on my next vid.. It's also very good.. .. btw my last vid used another great track from this cd called 'we share the same sun'.

loved the vid, you've done it again, i might be asking the obvious, but do you just tape the tripod mount on the nose of the board?
