Awesome results for SA crew at the nationals. WE ALL GOT TOP 10 IN THE MARATHON AND MATT'S THE FIRST SOUTH AUSTRALIAN ON THE PODIUM!
Matt Stringer blitzed his last year marathon with a trophy winning 4th in the open 14' div and a time of 129.11 Naish
Scott Mccluskey clocked 135.35 and 6th in the over 40's Starboard
Travis Murphy was also in the open 14' , coming 9th with
137.53 Starboard
Jack Bleach got a solid 10th in the open men's div on his 12'6 and 138.56 NSP
Phil Pretty/ Fuzz came 8th in the over 50's at 146.04 Fanatic
Steve Bown came 10th in the over 50's and 148.34 Fanatic
I came 10th in the open women's on a 12'6 and did 203.20 Fanatic
Sam White and ScottyMac did well to compete in the surf div in some really trying conditions. BIG props to Steven Petherick who is still driving our trailer back. Thx a million. Also to the best cheer squad ever Sue and Tahlia Pretty, Michell Bown, CJ and Em. Also to Surfing Australia and all the team up there that made it such a good event.

I reckon it must have been the QLD'ers PFD he was wearing, hahaha

But seriously, it was great to see many of you again and a good sized team coming up north for the weekend.
