Hey Guys an girlies,
After Merimbula I'm going a bit cold turkey and am thinking of dragging the family over to the GMP, I'm a SUP Vic Member so may stay for the Christmas party too.
My question is, what is the Survivor Series? What's the format, can I rock up with a board and have a crack or do I need to be part of a team?

The Survivor Series will be 5 rounds of a 2k course (depending on conditions on the day it could be a 2 k loop or two laps of a 1k loop) - first round will be a cruise with everyone all in, second round racing starts, by third round it'll be getting pretty serious and leaders will go through to subsequent rounds. Hang in for as much as you can do or as little
Alongside that there'll be GIANT SUP races (we'll have three on the beach) and Giant SUP Tug-o-war for everyone, plus heaps of boards to demo, yoga on the beach, sausages and bacon & egg rolls, etc.
We'll be looking forward to seeing you on Sunday. Make sure you come up and say g'day to the SUPVIC crew (I'm the one that looks like Chopper Read and Mick Gatto's b*stard love-child)
