It's sic out there for a good downwind run right now. Ang and Jaz are doing one now and then me and marty are out there so if you get the chance get out there. I have my new gopro HD so i will take it with me a post a vid of it later we might see the 17 in action!!!

south of the border was wicked today too, so was Tues. Getting in and out of the lineup has been interesting though, a bit worried about doing this again ..

dale, mike and myself were about 10 mins after the boys.we went to burleigh. i found my stance- i just kicked into my snow skiing style, relaxed shoulders and just keeping the scapula or shoulder blades together.so much easier. don't know about others, but i was regularly putting a lot of linked runners together. swapped boards- heaps of fun. i'm not even thinking about surfing at the moment. highly recommend any body to get into it.

To all those keen on getting into downwinders on the Gold Coast (and further afield) we are having a get together as part of the last SUPSA event of the year. There will be a few different boards around but feel free to bring your equipmennt down too (if you have some).

Anyone is welcome to come along so be at the old Palm Beach bowls club area from 8am this Sunday 6th Dec and we will go from there.

I just save it to a file on my computer first , like my videos or my pics ect.Then open movie maker and select file.

Had a great paddle on Tuesday, Hastings to casuarina, But just got in from the same paddle and it took me 25mins longer. The wind was only barely helping and i hardly linked any good runners. My wife was getting ready to call air sea rescue to look for me

I did exact same run on Tues morning around 7.30am - you and I are going to have to hook up, would be heaps better with someone else I reckon. PM me with your details if you want Clarky & I'll give you a buzz next time I'm loading up the HMAS Relentless
