I am looking for some assistance for my best friend of who is in her thirties. Martha has been my friend ever since we were in school. We have been through thick and thin in life. I am a homemaker while she chose to become a working mother. Now after all these years I feel sorry for her, as she has taken upon herself many responsibilities at home and work. She is very over-worked, looking after the home, husband, kids, job and all the demands that come with life. I want to help her find her own self worth and live a life she can love! Is there any way out?

Is this Sup related? At the Dawn service today an old Digger said take joy in the simple things life offers and the rest will take care of itself.Personally i like the motto : Yesterday has gone , the future never comes , their is only now! You cant appreciate todays sunrise if you are thinking about yeaterdays rain , or worrying about what tomorrow will bring.

Cheers phil , Anzac day allways makes me contemplate things , and put my own life in perspective.Thats the thing i like most about surfing , when your completely focused on the now and you are in tune so to speak, thats when good stuff happens! When you hit the waves with all the bull**** life throws at you ,thats when you struggle to balance.Any way enough bull**** , but i hope everyone has spared a moment for those you made the ultimate sacrafice for us.And next time some one drops in or a jet ski gets a bit close , dont worry about it get on with living in the now!

Get her to take up cricket, and pretending she is really cool by having a little 6 2" in her car that hardly floats her and she never catches waves on

This is the latest new style of spam, where a new login posts a leading question, and then a few days later another new login posts a handy response, including a website you should all visit!

Punch line will be here in a day or so...

These spams are fairly common. More interesting is the response.

At one level the fact that people responded at all indicated a level of older, less internet savvy people.

At another level, the responses were generally nice and helpful. Even the "rude" responses were polite.

What a bunch of nice people we are.

"This is the latest new style of spam".

Thought so Laurie,
my eyes started to glaze over as soon as I read Adella's first 6 words. Too reminiscent of all those Nigerian scams, hard to tell the genuine from the con-artists these days......

Damn I was going to ask for a photo of her and see if I could hook up for good times to cheer her up. Oh well.
