How good has the surf been on the Goldy all Easter , the crowds where big but still plenty of great waves>I seen you Lacey at Greenmount when i was coming in did you get a few good ones , their was a period of about an hour it was smokin. What a great sup wave that place has , its only the third time i have surfed there , it definatlely wont be the last.
The long boarders seem to be friendlier there too , compared with the Alley.
yeah, i stayed a bit wide today as it was a bit more crowded off greenie. no body went to lunch today. i waited for the ones that sectioned out closer to the point and scored some smokers. every wave seemed to have a barrel section.beautiful long clean faces. only thing is when it's like that you have to have your act together- barreling waves and a duty of care not to kill other people

. conditions like that are for the experienced only.the way those banks are is as good as i've seen it.i dropped in to see jacko on the way home and told him to find me a naish 8'4 if he can. having demo-ed that board it would be the bee's knees out there.the scope for raising the level of sup surfing there is enormous. i can't remember an easter as good as this for a long while. i saw your car and got to see you way out in front of greenie. sorry i didn't catch up with you
cheers
