A week or so I posted an Subject on Bad SUP Supplier....Please be advised that I received a full refund and the matter is closed.

On a good note I took the opportunity to read and listen to what people had to say about supporting your local shop and board supplier....I send an email on Saturday for someone to contact me from Gulliver Boards....to my surprise i received a call from one of the owners on sunday morning. This guy spend the time to talk to me about their boards, the quality availability,finish and Newcastle suppliers of their boards. He ask me my age ,what I intended to use the board for and made a couple of suggests that would see me purchase a board a little above my ability, but also something that i could develop into....He suggest to go and see Dive Skate and Ski in Newcastle as these guys were one his retail shop for the area.

On monday I went down and caught up with the the owner and his manager of DKS...once again the time these guys spend with me and spoke the same language about what best would suit me can only be graded as First Glass Service...the board was ordered and arrived as they said on Thursday.. The board arrived in immaculate condition. The finish is amazing with attention to detail in every aspect. DKS prepared the board, check everything and rang me when the board was ready to be collected.

Firstly I would like to thank the people who suggested to support you local shop and supplier...."you are so right in your comments". Secondly Thank you Gulliver Boards on a great product and finish..and your advice.....10/10 and finally thank you Dive Skate and Ski...Service and assistance 10/10.

Just to let everyone know I HAVE NO BUSINESS INTEREST,OR KNOW THESE PEOPLE PERSONALLY....just great service ,advice, and actually caring people. Both to the supplier and retailer ....many thanks.
