High thirties, both in knots and temperature, conditions perfect for one of the best D/W ers on the bay yesterday..... it was an absolute hoot....the 14ft munji DC was singing a mighty tune....

Yes and not only that, but he was clocked at over 18 km/h.
DJ = built for speed.
My 14' WoW clocked 18.9 on the Garmin (with a 125kg bloke on it, plus camelbak) and I was well down at the back of the fleet. Goodness only knows what MJ, DJ and PT were hitting [}:)]
I clocked 63.2 driving to work.... does that count?
As usual, the northerly didn't get up until mid-morning, so some of us who were planning something a little earlier than banker's hours of a 10am start missed out. Oh well, c'est la vie.
Looked great DJ, reckon the Sandy to Ricketts section would of been a hoot in those conditions also, good to see a vid you got there of one tree,hope you rode down the 1000 steps and then on to Belgrave and up Terry's Ave to finish off.
