not really, still really really crap as a matter of fact, but this morning, i managed to paddle the whole length of the beach with out falling off, and caught my first wave whist paddling onto it standing up!!

stand up paddle surfing is super cool.

i started because i broke my wrist (again) kiting and whilst i am still kiting and doing most things, one thing i can't do is push ups, well a couple of things, i can't duck dive or put any weight on my wrist, and i'll be buggered if i was gonna have another summer off, so stand up was the choice, and as much fun as i'm having, i think its gonna be hard to go back to prone... (well atleast 'till my wrist heals and some decent swell presents itself)

Sorry doc, just re-read your post re breaking wrist. You might have to give kiting up for a while until your wrist fully recovers or maybe buy a wrist support!
